Terms of Service

The Service

SiteGaps crawls websites you submit, analyzes SEO, performance, security, and UX, extracts publicly available contact information, and can generate outreach emails and proposals. Features available to you depend on your plan and remaining quota.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are inactive, unpaid, or used in violation of these Terms.

If you sign in with Google, you also remain subject to Google’s terms for that authentication method.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Audit sites you do not have a legitimate right to analyze, or use the crawler against internal, private, or non-public networks.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
• Use extracted contact data or generated emails in a way that violates anti-spam, privacy, or marketing laws.
• Resell, scrape, or systematically copy the Service except as allowed by your plan.
• Upload or submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Audits of third-party websites

You represent that you are authorized to request an audit of each URL you submit. Reports, scores, and extracted data are provided for your internal business use. Publicly available information we collect from a target site remains subject to that site’s own terms and applicable law.

Audit results, AI summaries, and outreach drafts are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review them before relying on them or sending them to anyone.

Plans, payments, and refunds

Paid plans and top-up credits are billed through Razorpay in Indian rupees unless we state otherwise. Subscriptions renew until you cancel from Account. You can also delete your account, which cancels an active subscription immediately.

Unused monthly audit quota does not roll over unless we say otherwise for a specific plan. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or where we cancel the Service without cause. Failed charges can be raised with Razorpay and our contact email, including the payment ID from Account → Payments.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SiteGaps or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

You retain rights in URLs and materials you submit. You grant us a license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service. AI-generated reports and drafts produced for you may be used by you in connection with your business, subject to these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that audits are complete, that scores match any third-party tool, or that generated outreach will produce any particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you continue to use the Service after an update, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
